Hi all, I'm thinking of starting a mobile catering business, starting off with say one mobile Burger bar trailer, my usp would be making and selling home made burgers, I am after advice on how much this type of business costs to setup and also would I be able to compete selling home made high quality burgers, sausages etc compared to the crap you normally get from the usual burgers bars?
